★★★ Go-to-market engine · Europe, Eurasia & GCC
We book four qualified meetings a day with European enterprise decision-makers.
American AI companies stall in Europe for one reason: nobody is picking up the phone. We run the outbound team, the dialer, the data and the paid search, from France and Madagascar, on a ninety-day programme with a committed number of meetings. First calls within ten working days. First meetings within fourteen.
Six reasons to read this page to the end.
This offer is built for one situation. If it is not yours, stop here.
You sell AI or software to enterprises
Your product works. Your American pipeline works. Europe, Turkey and the Gulf are on the roadmap and nothing is happening there.
Your European pipeline is empty
Inbound trickles in. Nobody is doing outbound in the local language, in the local time zone, at volume.
Introductions are not arriving
You signed partners who promised warm introductions. A warm introduction is the output of a sales machine, not a substitute for one.
Hiring locally is slow and expensive
A European SDR team takes six months to recruit and costs six figures before the first meeting is booked.
Your ad spend is priced for the US
You are paying eight to twelve dollars a click at home for keywords that cost one and a half to three euros in France.
You want proof before you commit
Ninety days, a fixed budget, an open dashboard and a committed number of meetings. Then you decide.
The engine.
Five components, run by one team, reported in one dashboard. Nothing is subcontracted to a black box.
An ideal customer profile, then a real file
A ninety-minute strategy session defines the segments and the ideal customer profile. We then source decision-maker files with direct mobile numbers, enrich them, validate them and deduplicate against your existing pipeline so we never call an account you already own.
An automatic dialer and a full-time team
The dialer places the calls and connects an operator only when a human picks up, which removes the dead time that makes ordinary cold calling uneconomic. Our teams sit in France and Madagascar, francophone natively, with local-language operators added for Turkey and the Gulf.
Google Ads at European prices
The same enterprise AI keywords cost roughly four times less per click in France and continental Europe than in the United States. The same media budget buys four times the reach. Every inbound lead is called back by the same team within minutes, which is where the highest conversion sits.
The call becomes a costed offer
Calls are recorded and transcribed. Each qualified conversation automatically produces not a meeting note but a costed written proposal, built from what the prospect actually said, and sent the same day while the conversation is still warm.
Phone, then demo, then room
Phone meetings escalate to video demonstrations, then to physical meetings, then to IA Afterwork, the monthly Paris gathering of around 120 AI decision-makers we co-organise. A dedicated edition can be staged for your brand.
A weekly report and a live dashboard
A written report every Friday. A thirty-minute strategy review every month. A dashboard open from day one showing calls placed, connection rate, meetings booked, ad spend, cost per lead, pipeline value and closed revenue. You keep full access to your own ad accounts throughout.
What we commit to over ninety days.
Most agencies in this market sell an obligation of means and stop there. We commit to the volume of work and to a floor on qualified meetings.
The work
- Production days, full-time operators50
- Prospects dialled per half-day session50
- Prospects dialled in total5,000
- Google Ads clicks≈ 4,000
- Weekly written reports13
- Monthly strategy reviews3
If the committed volume is not delivered inside ninety days, we continue at our own cost until it is.
The meetings
- Target per production day4
- Target over the quarter150 – 200
- Contractual floor120
- Inbound leads from paid search≈ 100
- First meetingwithin 14 days
Below 120 qualified meetings at day 90, we run additional sessions at our own cost until the floor is reached. A meeting counts only if the decision-maker attends and the qualification criteria agreed at kick-off are met.
Revenue outcomes depend on your offer, your pricing and your closing process, and are therefore modelled rather than guaranteed. The volume of work and the meeting floor above are contractual.
Fifty thousand euros, and what it becomes.
Eighty percent of the budget goes into human calling time, twenty percent into media. Media is passed through at cost with full account access.
€40,000 outbound · €10,000 media
Fifty production days at 800 euros a day covering the operators, the dialer, the data sourcing and the CRM. Ten thousand euros of Google Ads media, landing pages and tracking, buying around four thousand clicks at European prices. Billed in three monthly instalments.
230 to 320 opportunities
150 to 200 qualified outbound meetings plus roughly 100 inbound leads, all called back by the same team. The pipeline built during the quarter does not expire at day 90.
Two worked examples.
Same engine, same budget, two different products. Replace the contract value with your own and the arithmetic follows.
€25,000 ACV
- Conservative · 230 opps at 4%9 accounts · €225K ARR

- Upside · 320 opps at 8%26 accounts · €650K ARR
- Central return on €50K8x, recurring
Payback sits inside the ninety-day pilot in the central case. The revenue recurs; the pilot cost does not.

Two thousand euros of acquisition cost against an eight thousand euro recurring contract, and each trained client becomes a candidate tenant for sovereign AI hosting.
Illustrative models based on stated contract values and close rates. Actual results depend on your offer, pricing, market and sales process. Not a forecast or a guarantee of revenue.
Questions we always get.
What counts as a qualified meeting?
Criteria are agreed in writing at kick-off: company size, sector, seniority of the contact, expressed need and timeline. A meeting counts only if the named decision-maker attends. Nothing is counted retroactively or unilaterally.
How do I know this is not a black box?
You receive the calling schedule in advance, you keep full access to your own Google Ads accounts, and the dashboard is live from day one. Call recordings and transcripts are available on request, subject to GDPR.
How do you handle GDPR?
B2B prospecting on professional contact data, with lawful basis documented, opt-out honoured immediately and suppression lists maintained across campaigns. Consent and data-protection practices are verified before any campaign starts.
When do the first results land?
First calls within ten working days of signature, first meetings within fourteen. Cold calling is immediate by nature: there is no ramp-up curve to wait through, only a learning curve that improves the numbers month over month.
Which markets do you cover?
France and francophone Europe from day one. Turkey and the GCC from month two, with local-language operators added to the same infrastructure and the same dashboard. The engine is territory-agnostic; only the staff and the ad copy change.
What happens at day 90?
A full review against the committed volumes and the meeting floor, with the complete dataset. You renew, scale up, or stop. There is no automatic renewal and no lock-in beyond the ninety days.
First step: a ninety-minute strategy session.
We map your segments, size the addressable file, define the qualification criteria and hand you the plan. It costs nothing and you keep the plan whether or not we work together.
